Mark Francois, MP for Rayleigh and Wickford, recently cut the ribbon to officially open the newly refurbished bar at the Rayleigh Conservative Club.
As President of the club, Mark was joined by representatives of the Committee, as well as other members who gathered to watch the ceremonial reopening, before Mark then pulled the first pint behind the newly updated bar.
The renovations, which were funded by the club itself, have modernised the facilities, especially the new bar area, with the aim of hopefully making it much more comfortable and welcoming for members and guests alike.
Commenting on the opening, Mark Francois said:
“I think the whole bar looks amazing, the renovations have breathed a new lease of life into the entire club and I hope that both members and their guests will be able to take advantage of the new facilities”.
